Kenneth Hamlin allegedly failed to fulfill contractual obligations with a PR firm that he hired in April 2008, leaving the company in financial strain of about $50,000.00. Hamlin, after failing to comply to contractual obligations, refused to pay the firm any compensation or restitution for the firm's loss garnered by the 12-month agreement. A court date has not yet been specified. |
