Dolphins Owner To Join NexxNow NexxNow,
a Sports
media and marketing company, has announced that
Daniel T. Robbie, former owner of the
Miami
Dolphins,
has been appointed as Chairman of the Company's
Board of Directors. Paul Riley,
President and CEO of NexxNow, Inc. stated, "We are
extremely pleased that Mr. Robbie has chosen to
accept this appointment. Dan is one of several,
highly qualified and specialized individuals that
will be joining our Board in an effort to guide the
management team, as NexxNow begins to commercialize
the product offering throughout the US, Canada and
China. We look forward to Dan's invaluable
input." As President of
Joe Robbie Stadium, home to the Miami Dolphins, Mr.
Robbie was integrally involved in all operational
aspects of both the stadium and the NFL team. He
played a key role in the effort that made Joe
Robbie Stadium the first privately funded stadium
in the United States and has taken part in the
negotiation of numerous lucrative television media
agreements. Daniel T. Robbie,
Chairman of the Board stated, "It is very exciting
for me to be back in the sports, media and
marketing arena. As many of you know, the Miami
Dolphins comprised a major part of my life. I have
been rekindling old relationships in the industry
that I feel will be extremely beneficial to NexxNow
as we work to implement our business plan. It feels
