Riding On Temperatures Topping 100f Bookmakers
William
Hill are
seeing a huge gamble on temperatures topping 100f
this summer as Britain basks in a heat
wave. William Hill have
already cut the price from 8/1 to 5/1 that the UK
will see a temperature in excess of 100F in 2008
and expect to cut the price again in the next few
days. The bookies are odds on at 8/13 that May will
be the hottest May on record. "This is a huge
gamble and bookies will have to payout millions of
pounds if temperatures reach the golden 100F mark,"
said William Hill's spokesman Rupert
Adams. William Hill have
cut the price of Temperatures topping 100F this
year from 8/1 to 5/1. |
