Sadly for the industry, William Hill are unable to accept bets as the majority of the show was recorded some time ago making it an unviable market. Were William Hill able to offer odds on who would be hired as the Apprentice, they would make Claire and Lee their favourites to be the final two and Claire their favourite to be hired. "The Apprentice audience seem to be a well heeled lot - many of whom like a flutter. It is a great regret that we cannot bet on the outcome for real and we can only hope that one day the producers will introduce more live activity and then we would have a massive new betting market on our hands." said William Hill's spokesman Rupert Adams. |
