As of this week, just nine remain. Among the nine finalists is Scott "r_a_y" Montgomery, who has dominated in both live and online play. He'll begin play in November third in chips. Montgomery has experienced success in live play, recently finishing fifth in the World Poker Tour's L.A. Poker Classic during Season VI. The episode aired on Monday, the same day that the WSOP Main Event played down to the final nine players. Online, he had two UltimateBet Online Poker Championship cashes last fall. They combined for $20,000. |
