2008 Sir Hugh Under
Orders For Top Cop Job Bookies
William
Hill have
seen an arresting gamble on Sir Hugh Orde to
succeed Sir Iain Blair as chief of the Met Police
and have slashed his odds from 5/1 to 7/2 second
favourite. "Its a fair cop.
"We seem to have got Sir Hugh's odds wrongs and
punters have clearly taken down our particulars and
launched a major gamble with a string of three
figure bets." said William Hill's spokesman Graham
Sharpe. The bookikes have
lengthened their odds for favourite Paul
Stephenson, now 4/7 favourite from 1/2. William Hill have
also trimmed the odds about American
'zero-tolerance' top cop Bill Bratton being made
the shock successor to Sir Iain Blair, from 66/1 to
33/1. "The LA Chief of
Police has been tipped for the job, and his odds
have tumbled rapidly, though it would seem to be a
bold move even for Boris to bring in an American to
police the capital." said William Hill's
spokesman. If you consider
yourself more robber than cop then take a look at

Da Bank Slot Game. |
