Hill have
slashed the price of Rhys Ifans being the next
Doctor
Who from
33/1 to 8/1 following a number of bets placed in
the Cardiff area. William Hill
still rate long term favourite David Morrissey as
their 5/2 favourite with the other mover a female
doctor cut from 33/1 to 20/1. "So far we have
not been able to find out where the rumours about
Rhys are coming from but on paper we think he will
make a good doctor." said William Hill's spokesman
