Other notable entries in the race include the Tony Martin trained Northern Alliance and the Tommy Cooper trained Forpadytheplasterer. Rare Bob, Casey Jones, Golden Silver, and Ballholland complete the line up for the Grade 1 contest. William Hill spokesman Tony Kenny commented: "It's obviously disappointing that Aran Concerto is going to miss the race, but it still looks like a fascinating contest. On Thursday night, we heard rumours that Aran Concerto might miss the race and when the money started rolling in for Tranquil Sea we decided to suspend our book." |
