The starting stack for the €3,500 freezeout is set at 10,000 chips, while the tournament organisers have added the 1,200 / 2,400 and 2,500 / 5,000 levels. Furthermore, in recent Irish Opens all blind levels were 60 minutes in length, whereas in 2010 the levels will increase from 60 minutes to 75 minutes in length from the end of Level 6. "The improvements made to the Paddy Power Poker Irish Open structure allow us to offer players an even better playing experience in 2010." said a Paddy Power spokesman. The Irish Open 2010 takes place in the Burlington Hotel in Dublin from Friday 2nd – Monday 5th April 2010, with Main Event buy-in set at €3,200 + €300. |
