2010 Tory Odds
Shorten - Even If Mrs C Votes Labour Despite reports
that David Cameron may vote Labour, bookies
William
Hill have
cut their odds for the Conservatives to win the
General Election with an overall majority from 8/13
(1.61) to 4/7 (1.57) after poll findings
suggested their lead over Labour has
increased. The bookies have
lengthened Labour from 8/1 to 9/1 and the chances
of a Hung Parliament is now 11/8 (2.37). "The Tories will
hope that their dip in the polls has now gone as
low as is likely and that they will at least retain
their current 9% lead over Labour, which might
still not quite be enough to give them a clear
majority." said William Hill's spokesman Graham
Sharpe. Place Your Bets -
