Going Lady Gaga To Sign Poker Face

have made tea giants Twinings
their 11/10 (2.1) favourite to seal a deal to have
Lady
Gaga as
the face of their specialist tea. Twinings are
already thought to have made a multi-million-euro
offer to Lady Gaga. Well known tea
brands are hoping that signing Lady Gaga will help
boost dwindling tea sales and appeal to a wider and
younger consumer. Lipton are the
5/2 (3.5) favourites on Paddy Power's table,
followed by PG Tips at 7/2 (4.5) and Tetley at
4/1. Irish household favourites Lyons and Barry's
are the least likely on the bookies list at odds of
80/1 and 100/1. Sharon McHugh,
spokeswoman for Paddy Power, said: "Is it any
wonder these big brands are fighting over Lady
Gaga? She's currently the most famous tea drinker
in the world. If anyone can make tea cool, she
can." |
