and Blog - Friday, 25 June 2010 We've got the
World Cup well and truly underway and England have
surprised no-one by being absolutely shite during
their first three matches. What's even more
embarrassing is our own fans celebrating our
gobsmackingly awful 'victory' over Slovenia. To

you'd think we'd crushed Brazil, rather than a
barely-won victory over a country with a population
of just two million. Hardly worth
celebrating. We take on
Germany on Sunday and I cringe when I consider
the potential ass-kicking we could be looking at.
I really, really hope our squad of overpaid
Sunday-league rejects manage to pull off a miracle
and I'll be the first to yell and cheer if they do.
