2008 Orbis Acquires
UK Online Games Developer Orbis Holdings, a
provider of interactive gaming and betting
solutions, has announced that it has acquired
UK-based Online
Games
developer, Electracade Ltd. Orbis has
acquired the entirety of Electracade's share
capital for a consideration of £2.6 million in
cash with further consideration payable conditional
upon certain future performance
criteria. |
