Bonuses All
Jackpots Casino are currently
offering all new players a 100%
deposit-match bonus on your first
real-money deposit, good for up
to £200 free. For
example: Any
initial deposit over £200
will get you £200
free. Because
All Jackpots is very much a
worldwide online casino, taking
players from all over the globe,
you will often spot references on
their website to amounts of
'credits' rather than pounds,
dollars or euros. For example,
All Jackpots Casino's promotions
page states you can "claim your
100% match welcome bonus, for up
to 200 credits free". In
short, when you see 'credits'
then it means pounds. Of course,
for our non-UK visitors then
'credits' means dollars if you're
playing in US$ and euros if
you're playing in
euros. It's
worth pointing out that if you
have joined any of the other
online casinos in the Jackpot
Factory group of casinos (All
Jackpots, All Slots, Wild Jack
Casino and First Web Casino) and
taken a free money welcome bonus
at any of them, then whilst you
can still join All Jackpots
Casino you won't be entitled to
the free money welcome bonus on
offer for new players. Play

Games All
Jackpots Casino is powered using
Microgaming (Viper) software.
That simply means that
Microgaming power the software
that operates the
Casino
Games.
Microgaming are by far the most
popular and advanced of all
online casino software
developers. As
far as you (the player) is
concerned, all you really need to
know is that the games are solid
at this online casino. There
are more than 300 games available
at All Jackpots so even the most
demanding of online casino
players should find more than
enough to keep them entertained.
All Jackpots Casino features all
of the most recent game releases
and continue to add three or four
new games, or variations on
existing games, every
month. It's
worth having a look at some of
these newer releases - the
recently released
Tomb
Raider Slot
Game
in particular will just blow you
away. Casinos games never used to
look like this! The
300+ games at All Jackpots range
from the old classics such as
roulette, craps, slot games,
baccarat, etc. to the more
adventurous - more than ten
blackjack games and
30+ poker games including
video poker and stud
poker. There
are also plenty of games with
Progressive
Jackpots
which can be hugely exciting to
play. These are usually slot
games but a few progressive games
are based on classics such as
roulette or blackjack. These
games are linked up from all
participating online casinos
which use Microgaming software
and a small part of each bet goes
into a 'progressive' pot which is
won when the jackpot come in.
These jackpots can run into the
millions of pounds and are won
far more often that you might at
first think. Even
if you mostly play standard slot
games or table games such as
roulette or blackjack, the
progressive games are definitely
worth checking out - a couple of
quid risked can turn you into an
instant millionaire. A
great feature you may want to
look at is the live-dealer games.
Here, you can play roulette,
blackjack and other games against
a real, live dealer and watch the
game in action. Brilliant
stuff. One
good thing that becomes apparent
when you spend any time looking
around All Jackpots Casino is
that they've made quite some
effort to be clear and
transparent about most of what
they do. One
nice aspect of the casino's
website is that you can take a
look at their payout reports and
see what kind of percentages
they've been paying out on their
games. All
of the online casino games at All
Jackpots are independently
audited. The payouts are verified
and reported by eCOGRA
(e-Commerce Online Gaming
Regulation and
Assurance). You'd
probably be surprised at how
generous the payout percentages
are at most online casinos and
All Jackpots is no exception. The
most recent report (for March
2008 gaming - See
It
Here)
shows an overall payout
percentage of 96.45% and a
whopping 99.22% for their poker
games. When
you consider these percentages
and the odds you're getting by
playing online, it rather puts
you off going back to a
land-based casino
again. Play

Casino Getting
Started As
we mentioned above, whilst All
Jackpots Casino is popular with
UK players, it's very much a
global brand and this will become
quickly apparent when you visit
All
Jackpots Casino's
Website.
You will see plenty of references
to UK £, US$ and euros. This
isn't so bad, really, but it
would be nice if the casino
created currency-specific landing
pages or even currency-specific
separate websites so that you
only see the currency you want to
play in. It can sometimes be
quite off-putting for a UK player
to visit what they believe to be
a UK-friendly online casino, only
to be faced with jackpot and
bonus amounts in
dollars. In
any event, when you download the
casino software from All
Jackpot's website and create your
new player account, you will have
the opportunity to specify what
currency you wish to play in. If
you're UK based then obviously
you'll be selecting UK £
(pounds). One
small niggle - we said earlier
that All Jackpot's website refers
often to 'credits' rather than
pounds. Well, this is also true
when you are in are the casino
itself - your balance is shown in
'credits' and it would have been
nice to be reassured that 50
credits equaled
£50. This
could quite easily be confusing
for a novice player, especially
as the casino's landing page
shows jackpot amounts and
promotions in US$ so it would be
easy to assume that 50 credits
meant $50. In
addition, much of the spelling is
American rather than British (ie.
'center') and this again can put
off new or nervous UK players who
really need reassuring that
they're dealing with a
UK operation. If
we can forget the multiple
currency references then overall,
this casino's website is pretty
impressive. It's information-rich
yet easy to understand - and it
looks very modern. They've
clearly done their homework in
putting together a very
reassuring and welcoming
website. Going
back to the casino download for a
second, it's worth giving fair
praise to All Jackpots for making
the download process extremely
easy and transparent. We found
here that there was no possible
way to get confused about what to
do to get the casino software
onto our PC. It tells us what to
click and when and pretty much
takes you by the hand through
every step of the way. Top marks
to All Jackpots Casino for
putting together what has to be
the best download and
installation instructions we've
ever come across at any online
casino. Play

Casino A
Helping Hand Given
what we do for a living, it's
sometimes difficult to remember
which online casinos we've joined
and which we've yet to play at.
We couldn't actually remember
playing at All Jackpots before so
started to create a new account -
only to be told that we already
had an existing player
account. They
were right - we'd been here
before. Thing is, we couldn't
remember when we'd joined so
wanted to check what contact
details they'd got for us - we
moved from Birmingham to
Herefordshire a few years ago.
Something of a culture shock, you
could say. Less people and more
sheep (no, that's not what
tempted us here). We
were surprised to find that
nowhere in the casino itself
could we check our account
details. We clicked on 'My
Account' but there was nowhere to
find our details. All we could
realistically do in there was
change our password. Sometimes
you can view/change your account
details via the casino's website
so we had another look around
there. Nope, no account login
there so we had no way to
check/update our address,
telephone number, etc. This
gave us a perfect opportunity of
testing the customer support at
All Jackpot Casino. We contacted
them via telephone and were
connected within seconds to a
very helpful support
representative who went through a
bazillion security questions
(perhaps excessive but also
reassuring) before confirming
that we did indeed still have
correct contact details
registered in our player
account. So
that's sort of one step forward
and one step back. It's great
that customer support is so
reliable, secure and helpful -
but it's also a shame that we
found need to contact them in the
first place to do something that
we should've been able to do from
either the casino's website or
the casino software
itself. While
we're on the subject of customer
support, it nice to know that
they're on hand 24/7, every day
of the year should you need to
reach them. They can be reached
via freephone (UK,
0800) telephone or via
e-mail. Again,
there's good and bad with All
Jackpots Casino's customer
support and it's now that you
start to realise that this is
another online casino which keeps
shooting itself in the foot -
quite unnecessarily. How so?
Well, for a start there's no
mention we could find on the
casino's website support pages
about a Live Chat facility. Live
Chat is by far the best way to
talk to a casino's support team.
It's quick, easy and above all -
you don't actually have to pick
up the phone and speak to anyone.
For online casino players sitting
in the comfort and privacy of
their own home, that's something
of a big deal. So it'd be natural
to assume that All Jackpots does
not offer a Live Chat facility.
Wrong. They do offer one and
you'll see it when you log into
the casino itself. Quite why the
Live Chat facility - or even a
mention of its availability -
hasn't been added to the casino's
website (and certainly the site's
customer support page) is
anyone's guess. Ideally,
there should also be a land-based
postal address on the support
pages. Rightly or wrongly, the
absence of an address looks
dodgy, as if the casino does not
want to be 'found'. Play

Casino Say
Something Nice As
this stage, it may sound like
we're unimpressed with All
Jackpots Casino and this would be
inaccurate. The casino IS
impressive. Once you're in the
casino itself, the navigation is
clear and there are some nice
touches. When you log in, you're
presented with the latest news
and promotions on offer (albeit
in US$) and you're shown the
latest new games that have been
added. Even better, you're also
shown your 'favourite' games (or
'favorite', as they've spelt it
with another American-ism) that
you've played most often so you
can quickly get back into the
action that you like
most. Play

Me The Money All
Jackpots Casino have a wide range
of deposit/withdraw options to
use and they're all listed
clearly on the 'banking' page at
the website. Some of them are
well-suited to UK players and
some less so, but in any event
most UK online casino
players tend to use their credit
or debit card. For those who
Do
Not Have A Credit/Debit
Card,
or don't want to use it, there
are plenty of
alternatives. Whatever
method you opt for, All Jackpots
promises to offer safe, secure
and reliable banking transactions
and prompt payouts when you come
to collect your
winnings. If
you'd like to get your hands on a
credit or prepaid debit card then
we have some recommended places
to get one. See the
Credit
Cards
and Prepaid
Debit
Cards
pages. The
full list of available banking
options are: Many
of these won't be familiar to
some visitors but they're mostly

(e-wallets) similar to

Now At All Jackpots
Casino Pages
Older Than God's
Dog All
this talk about the banking page
at All Jackpots Casino's website
brings us nicely onto another
complaint we have - some of the
pages at their website are
literally ancient and clearly
haven't been updated for quite
some time. We gave you a long
list of deposit/withdrawal
options but what we didn't
mention is that they're still
listing FirePay, which is an
e-wallet that disappeared quite
some time ago. But
that's not the worst example we
found. Either All Jackpot's have
a completely different take on
the word 'news', or they're just
taking the piss. We had a look at
their 'News Release' page (which
is listed pretty prominently in
their site's navigation menu) and
found that the most recent story
was dated June 4, 2007. We
initially had to do a double-take
because we're writing this casino
review on June 4, 2008 - so we
initially assumed it was a typo
and was a story for today! No
such luck - the so-called 'news'
section hasn't been touched for a
year! And some of the stories go
back to 2006. The
out-of-date news page either
needs to be updated pretty
sharpish or taken off the site
completely. Either option would
be better than what they have
there now. It looks amateurish
but even worse, it could easily
give the impression that this
casino is no longer operating -
which just ain't the case because
All Jackpots Casino is very much
alive and kicking. What's
worse, some of the website's
links don't even take you to
where they should. The 'Recommend
A Friend' link didn't give us any
information about doing so and
clicking Help > How To from
within the casino software kicked
back "The help file cannot be
found". That's
really not good. In fact, someone
should get shot for
that. As
has been the case with most of
our experience at All Jackpots,
they come so close to success but
somehow manage to snatch
embarrassment from the jaws of
brilliance. The casino's website
links to a 'blog' section which
is VERY up-to-date, very
interesting and a definite asset
to the casino. Play

Casino Player
Loyalty Club Back
to the positive. Players who
sign-up at All Jackpots Casino
are automatically enrolled in
their 'loyalty program' which
rewards you as you play, without
you really being aware of it or
having to do a thing. Every
bet you make, regardless of
whether it's a win or lose, will
earn you loyalty points. For
every 10 credits (that's £10
to you Brits, $10 to USA players,
etc.) will get you a loyalty
point. So, if you make two
£10 bets, win one and lose
one, you've gained two loyalty
points even though you've not
actually won or lost any
money. These
loyalty points can become very
valuable. Unlike your local
petrol station, you don't
exchange them for junk you don't
want. They're exchangeable for
real money into your player
account. For
every 1000 loyalty points you
have, you can claim 10 credits
(£10) in cash back into your
account. It all adds up to some
serious cash and you'll probably
find that you completely forget
about them for a while. That's
what usually happens to us and
it's a nice surprise when you
remember about it and check your
loyalty point balance (which you
can do any time from the casino
software) and find you've got a
stackload of points which you can
exchange immediately for cash in
your player account. There
is no limit to how much cash-back
you can get - so the more you
play, the more you
get. The
loyalty program is an excellent
plus for All Jackpots
Casino. Play

Casino High
Roller? Step This Way,
Sir If
you're a high roller and chuck
around some serious money then
it's likely that you're going to
be invited to All Jackpot
Casino's VIP Club which is
an invitation-only, exclusive
club with extra
privileges. Get
yourself into the VIP Club and
you'll get access to the
exclusive VIP Lounge Casino. Now,
we've never actually bet enough
at this casino to get an invite
so we can't tell you much more
than what the casino themselves
tell us - which is that you'll
get a dedicated support team,
personal e-mail and access to
exclusive promotions - plus other
"terrific perks". The
only real benefit of being in the
VIP Club, we imagine, would be
the exclusive promotions which no
doubt come in the form of loads
of free money in exchange for
large deposits or wagers. The
rest of it, quite frankly, you'd
hope to get from being a standard
player. If you didn't get decent
support and personalised e-mails
when you contact them then it's
unlikely you'd stick around
anyway. We're
not trying to say that the VIP
Club doesn't sound nice, because
the extra free money promotions
do sound tempting. We're just
saying that you probably get most
of the listed 'benefits' from
being a regular player
anyway. On
the plus side for high rollers or
big winners, we had a pretty good
look through the casino's terms
and conditions and could not find
anything that restricts the
amount you can be paid in any
particular period. Some online
casinos (though thankfully not
many these days) limit the
amount you can receive each week
or each month so that if you win
a shedload of money, it takes
forever to get your hands on it
all. No such shenanigans here,
we're pleased to
report. Play
Now At All Jackpots
Casino Summary Given
all the criticisms we've made of
All Jackpots, you may be
surprised to see that we've rated
it 4 out of 5. The things is,
this is actually a really
good place to play. They operate
a trustworthy and fair online
casino with solid customer
support and some brilliant games.
We just wish they'd do more
regular testing to avoid the
silly little mistakes that make
them look less than they're
actually worth, because All
Jackpots Casino deserves to be a
5 star rated casino. Fingers
crossed that All Jackpots will
sort out the niggles and we can
upgrade them to 5 stars - because
we'd really like to. Watch this
space. |
