Dale finished as the 1/66 on favourite and cost the bookies a five figure sum. "Very disappointing but sadly it is no great surprise." said William Hill's spokesman Rupert Adams. Trainee teacher Dale Howard was the eighth contestant evicted from the Big Brother house after losing the viewers' vote on the Channel 4 TV show. Dale was up against Stuart Pilkington but 63% of the viewers who voted said they wanted him to go. Both had said they wanted to face the vote this week and were duly nominated for eviction by fellow housemates.
